The Silikomart SF021/C silicone mould is made for baking babà, the classic Italian yeast dessert, in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its tall cylindrical cavities follow the traditional shape of this pastry.
The mould has 8 cavities, Ø55 mm by 60 mm high, 92 ml each, for a total volume of 736 ml. Made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone rated from -60°C to +230°C, preparations can be frozen and then baked directly in the same mould. The material is safe for direct food contact, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
