The HENDI 637807 Bakers' Sieve is a kitchen tool from the Dutch brand HENDI for institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, bakeries, cafés and restaurants that need to sift flour and dry ingredients evenly every day.
Made of stainless steel, the fine 1×1 mm mesh catches lumps and foreign particles while aerating the flour for a lighter dough. An eyelet on the body allows the sieve to be hung on a hook for storage.
