Paderno 42506-18 Meat Hook, 18 cm

The Paderno 42506-18 meat hook is the longest model in this range among the options we carry, designed for large carcasses and bulky cuts of meat. It is used in cold rooms, storerooms and primary-processing areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as central catering facilities and foodservice businesses, wherever hanging storage is needed without contact with shelving or table surfaces.

The hook is made of stainless steel, is 18 cm long and has a wire diameter of about 1 cm, giving it a solid strength margin for heavier portions. The design is rigid, with a single fixed point and no swivel mechanism. The material resists moisture, fat and regular contact with detergents and disinfectants, meeting the requirements for food-service inventory. It is supplied in packs of 10, enough to equip several shelving units or hanging storage points at once.
