The Paderno 42508-01 steak hammer is a kitchen tool for preparing meat before frying, braising or grilling in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations. It softens and evens out the thickness of meat cuts, breaking down even the toughest fibres, so the dish cooks more evenly and faster.
The hammer is made of aluminium and features two working surfaces: a flat side for even thinning and a spiked side that breaks up tough fibres and connective tissue. Its compact 25 cm length and comfortable handle make it practical for daily kitchen use, and it can be hung up after use to save counter space.
