Paderno 12580-36 High Conical Mixing Bowl, 11 L

The Paderno 12580-36 high conical mixing bowl is a generously sized piece of kitchenware for kneading dough, whisking sauces and creams, washing and prepping vegetables, and temporary storage of ingredients in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its conical shape with tall walls narrows toward the base, giving the bowl a stable footing on the worktop, while the narrow bottom fits neatly inside a larger vessel of water for bain-marie work.

Part of the Kitchen & Pastry Utensils collection by the Italian manufacturer Paderno, the bowl is made of stainless steel with a satin Satin Steel finish. This finish is created by running the surface under a special abrasive brush that evens out the metal's texture and gives it a soft matte look without shine — making scratches and marks from heavy daily use and dishwasher cleaning far less noticeable.
