The HENDI Slotted Spatula 529409 is a serving tool from the Dutch brand HENDI: the slotted head lets excess liquid drain off while plating vegetables, side dishes or fish straight from chafing dishes and bain-maries. A practical piece for the serving line in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafés and restaurants.
The blade is made of stainless steel and the handle of polypropylene (PP), sturdy under load and comfortable to hold through long service hours. The slots separate liquid from the solid part of the dish right at the point of plating.
