The Paderno 18518-22 angular spatula is a narrow angled tool for pastry and hot-line work in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations. The angled blade shape lets staff reach neatly into the edges of trays, baking tins and pots, and scrape cream or dough residue off the sides of cookware where a straight spatula does not fit.
The blade is made of stainless steel with a polypropylene handle; the edge is smooth and non-serrated. The tool belongs to the Paderno Spatulas Series 18500 line of kitchen tools made by the Italian manufacturer for professional kitchens, which also includes other spatulas and knives for pastry and hot dishes.
