The Paderno 18520-10 triangular turner spatula is useful at the serving line and hot line of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, or any catering operation serving casseroles, lasagna, fish and meat dishes as individual portions every day. Its wider blade (10 cm), compared with the smaller model, scoops up and transfers a larger portion onto a plate without breaking its shape, which is especially handy when serving hot main courses.
The beveled edge of the blade slides easily under food on a pan, tray or griddle, and the turner works equally well for flipping food during cooking and for plating at service. The blade is made of stainless steel, the handle of polypropylene, which resists heat and is comfortable to hold through a long serving shift. The working part measures 12x10 cm and weighs 140 g. The turner is dishwasher safe, simplifying daily care of kitchen tools.
