The Paderno 18520-12 triangular turner spatula is the largest model in the Paderno 18500 series, built for handling large portions of meat, fish or vegetables in the kitchen of a school, kindergarten or hospital canteen, or any high-volume foodservice operation. Its wider square blade, 12x12 cm, confidently scoops up a whole steak, a large fish fillet or several cutlets at once, without risking dropping or damaging the food while flipping it.

The beveled edge of the blade glides easily under food on a pan, tray or griddle, giving a clean lift without sticking. The blade is made of stainless steel that withstands constant contact with hot surfaces, and the handle is polypropylene, which stays cool and sits comfortably in hand even through a long shift. The turner weighs 140 g and is dishwasher safe, which is convenient for heavy daily use in an industrial kitchen.
