The Paderno 18514-18 pie server knife is designed for cutting and serving pies, quiches, sponge-based cakes and other baked goods in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as foodservice operations. The serrated blade cuts easily through crust and filling, while the wide blade lets staff lift and transfer a portion onto a plate in a single motion, without spoiling the shape of the slice.
