The Paderno 18517-24 perforated hamburger spatula is designed for flipping and serving patties, burgers, vegetables and fish on grills, griddles or pans in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations. The holes in the blade let excess fat and oil drain back onto the cooking surface instead of ending up on the plate.
The blade is made of stainless steel with a polypropylene handle; the edge is smooth and non-serrated. The spatula measures 24×7.2 cm and weighs 220 g.
