The Lacor UP 61411 perforated spatula is designed for flipping and lifting food out of a pan or deep fryer while draining excess fat or oil at the same time. It is used in school, kindergarten, hospital and foodservice kitchens when frying fish, cutlets, vegetables and other dishes where reducing fat content before serving matters.
The perforated blade lets oil drip back onto the pan or tray before the dish reaches the plate. It belongs to the professional UP line by the Spanish manufacturer Lacor and is made of high-quality stainless steel resistant to heat and frequent washing. The overall length is 49.5 cm, allowing safe work near a hot surface without bringing hands close to the heat source. The handle is extended and ergonomic, with a hanging hole for storage on a kitchen rail. Dishwasher safe.
