The Paderno 12921-10 spatula is the solid (non-perforated) version in the Pa+plus series, suited for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as foodservice operations. Unlike the perforated models in the line, the solid blade keeps sauce or liquid together with the food instead of letting it drain away, which is convenient when plating or transferring dishes.
Made of black Pa Plus composite heat-resistant polymer, the spatula is 32 cm long — longer than the 12921-01 and 12921-05 models, giving more confident handling of larger portions. The material does not scratch cookware surfaces, including nonstick coatings, and works with any type of pan or tray.
