Paderno 11983-38 Kitchen Spoon, 38 cm

The Paderno 11983-38 kitchen spoon is an all-purpose tool for stirring, portioning and plating dishes on the serving line in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens. Its solid, non-perforated bowl suits thick side dishes, porridge, sauces and other foods where a full, unbroken portion needs to reach the plate. At 38 cm long, it comfortably reaches the bottom of large stockpots and saucepans.

Part of the Ladles Series 11900 by the Italian manufacturer Paderno, this spoon is made of stainless steel with a satin Satin Steel finish. The matte texture is applied by running the surface under a special abrasive brush that evens out the metal and gives it a neutral, non-reflective look — practical for kitchens where equipment is washed daily in an industrial dishwasher.
