The Lacor 60416 skimmer is the largest-diameter model in the UP series: a 16 cm working disc built for large-volume pots and cauldrons used in kitchens that prepare food for hundreds of servings every day. In a single pass it clears more foam or lifts more product than the smaller models in the line, saving the cook time during peak kitchen loads — such as lunch service in a school, hospital or boarding facility.
The item is made of high-quality stainless steel from the Lacor UP collection — a material resistant to the acidic environment of broths and sauces, high temperatures and frequent washing, including in a dishwasher. The 57 cm handle, the longest among the models covered here, lets the cook reach the bottom of a tall pot confidently without bringing the hand close to steam. A hole in the handle allows convenient hanging on a kitchen rail, freeing up worktop space.
