Lacor 67415 Wire Mesh Skimmer, Ø15 cm

The Lacor 67415 wire mesh skimmer is kitchen equipment from the Spanish manufacturer Lacor, made for handling large volumes of food: lifting product out of deep fryers, cauldrons and large pots, as well as straining broths and skimming foam. The wire mesh quickly separates liquid from solid pieces of food, saving staff time when preparing meals for large numbers of guests — in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other foodservice operations.

The working head is 15 cm in diameter, with an overall tool length of 55.5 cm. The larger size lets staff lift a bigger portion of product at once and reach into deep pots or fryers without bringing their hands close to hot liquid or oil. The wire construction lets liquid drain quickly through the mesh and cleans up easily after use.
