The Lacor 67420 wire mesh skimmer is the largest model in this line from the Spanish manufacturer Lacor, designed for kitchens with centralized meal production serving many people. The wide mesh working head lets staff lift a large volume of product out of a big cauldron, pot or deep fryer in a single pass, speeding up kitchen work during peak-load periods.
The working head is 20 cm in diameter, with an overall length of 58 cm. This size is matched to large-diameter industrial pots and cauldrons used in central production kitchens serving schools, kindergartens, hospitals and catering combines. The wire mesh lets liquid drain quickly and is easy to clean after use, including in a dishwasher.
