The tool cuts thin, even slices without crushing or damaging the product's structure.
Besides truffles, the slicer also works well for mushrooms, parmesan, chocolate and other foods that require thin, precise slicing. The stainless steel blade delivers a razor-sharp cut, and a manual adjuster sets the slice thickness anywhere from 0.2 to 3 mm.
