The HENDI Coarse Zester 65×318 mm 856321 is a kitchen grater from the Dutch brand HENDI with a coarse edge for shredding citrus zest, hard cheese, chocolate and other products in food-service establishments: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafes and restaurants.
The zester's blades are laser cut for high precision and sharpness. Made from a combination of 18/8 stainless steel and polypropylene (PP), designed by Robert Bronwasser, it has a 134 mm working blade and a 130 mm handle.
