The HENDI 856376 ribbon zester is a kitchen tool from the Dutch brand HENDI for foodservice kitchens in schools, hospitals and other institutions, as well as cafes and restaurants, wherever quick, precise grating of zest, hard cheese, chocolate or spices is needed.
