The Paderno 42501-15 meat tenderizer is heavy-duty tool for the meat prep section in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations that cook large batches of cutlets, schnitzels and other pounded-meat dishes every day. Its 10 cm working face flattens a piece of meat evenly, softening even tougher cuts and giving them uniform thickness for consistent cooking.

Made of stainless steel with a plain steel look, the tenderizer weighs 1.5 kg — the tool's own weight does most of the work, so the cook spends less physical effort on each portion.
