The Paderno 42509-60 spring tab-grabber is the largest option in the line, built for high-load work zones: central kitchens of educational facilities, hospital catering units and pass points where numerous orders and accompanying documents are handled at once. The spring clip firmly secures papers even with staff moving actively around the workstation.
The unit is made of stainless steel that withstands daily exposure to moisture, steam and grease in the kitchen. Its 60 cm length allows the holder to be mounted where it is convenient for the whole shift — above a work surface or near a pass window — so the queue of orders stays organised and clearly visible to cooks and to staff receiving and serving dishes. This size suits large kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals with a heavier flow of orders.
