The Paderno 41960-15 graduated bucket is the largest in the Paderno graduated bucket line, built for preparing dishes in large batches in the hot section of a school, kindergarten or hospital canteen. Its 15-litre capacity is enough to cook soup, compote or sauce for an entire group of guests in one go, without having to prepare several smaller batches.
Made of stainless steel, the bucket withstands high temperatures and the daily demands of a busy institutional kitchen. It measures 33 cm in diameter and 31 cm in height, and the empty bucket weighs 1.48 kg.
