The Lacor 61622 silicone whisk is a kitchen tool for mixing sauces, creams and batter and whipping mixtures in school, kindergarten, hospital and foodservice kitchens. It combines a classic wire whisk with a built-in silicone scraper, letting staff collect the whole mixture off the sides of a bowl without an extra tool and saving kitchen time.
The whisk wires are made of 2 mm stainless steel, giving the whisk spring and durability for daily use in an institutional kitchen. The silicone scraper is moulded onto one of the wires, is LFGB-certified and BPA-free, which matters for utensils that come into direct contact with food in educational and healthcare facilities. The whisk is 25 cm long, a convenient size for medium-sized bowls and pots in a canteen kitchen.
