The Lacor 61623 silicone whisk has a working length of 30 cm and combines a wire construction with a built-in silicone scraper — a solution for kitchens that prepare sauces, creams and batter daily and whip large volumes of product. It is used in school, kindergarten, hospital and foodservice kitchens, where utensils are handled in an intensive routine.
The wires are made of 2 mm stainless steel — a material resistant to deformation and corrosion under constant contact with moisture and detergents. One of the wires carries a silicone scraper moulded directly onto the metal core: it is LFGB-certified and BPA-free, making it safe for direct food contact. Thanks to its 30 cm length, the whisk suits large bowls and pots used when preparing meals for a group or a class.
