The HENDI 510308 French whisk is a larger all-steel whisk from the Dutch brand HENDI, designed for mixing larger volumes of sauces, creams and dough. It is used in canteen kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as busy cafes and restaurants.
8 heavy stiff wires 2.2 mm thick, made of stainless steel, distribute effort evenly when whisking in deep cookware. The 435 mm length reaches the bottom of tall pots and cauldrons, and the eyelet on the handle allows convenient hanging storage.
