Lacor 20650 Paella Pan, 50 cm

The Lacor 20650 paella pan has a large 50 cm diameter with a shallow 8 cm rim — a wide, flat shape that heats food evenly across the whole surface and lets excess liquid evaporate quickly, which is useful for cooking rice-based and vegetable dishes in large batches. Its 15.5 L capacity means dozens of servings can be prepared at once, and the low sides make stirring easy without spilling food over the edge.

The body is made of pure aluminium (99.5%) with a 3.0 mm wall thickness, giving even heat distribution across such a large base — an important feature for cookware of this diameter, where uneven heating can burn the centre while leaving the edges undercooked. The handles are heat-resistant, made of 18/10 stainless steel tubing, allowing the pan to be held and carried safely even while full of hot food. The matte finish inside and out makes cleaning easier after cooking grain and vegetable dishes that tend to leave residue on the surface.
