The BRILLIS SD12818 is an 11 L pot built for large batches of soups, side dishes and braised meals in high-workload kitchens. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as restaurants, cafés, canteens and catering companies.
The pot is made of 0.8 mm food-grade stainless steel, giving it extra strength for intensive daily use in a professional kitchen. A multi-layer sandwich bottom spreads heat evenly, and the pot works on induction, gas, electric and glass-ceramic hobs.
