The casserole is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a 0.8 mm metal thickness. The thermo-diffusion bottom — an aluminium disc pressed between two layers of stainless steel — heats evenly across the base even at this larger volume and reduces the risk of scorching. An energy-saving lid is included, the casserole is suitable for all hob types, including induction, as well as for the oven. The matte finish inside and out is built for daily heavy-duty use.
