The body is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, with a heat-diffusing bottom that sandwiches a layer of aluminium between two layers of stainless steel, spreading heat evenly and lowering the risk of scorching during long cooking. The lid is designed for energy saving, and the matte finish inside and out simplifies daily cleaning in facilities where cookware sees heavy use.
