The Lacor 50046 deep pot with lid is a taller version of the 45 cm Chef-Classic pot, reaching 43.7 L in capacity. Compared with the base model of the same diameter, it holds almost twice as much, letting kitchens with a large number of daily meals cook bigger batches of soup or stock without taking up extra hob space.
The body is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, with a heat-diffusing bottom made of an aluminium layer between two layers of stainless steel, spreading heat evenly and reducing the risk of scorching during long simmering. The lid is designed for energy saving, and the matte finish inside and out helps hide scratches and wear marks in kitchens with heavy daily use.
