The Lacor 20120 stockpot with lid is a compact model from the Chef-Aluminio range, with a 6.3 L capacity suited to cooking side dishes, porridges and sauces in smaller batches. Its cylindrical shape, with equal diameter and height (20×20 cm), gives stable boiling and even heating along the full height of the pot, which is useful in kindergarten kitchens and smaller school canteens where portions are lower than in large facilities.
The body is made of pure aluminium (99.5%) with a 2.5 mm wall thickness. The handles and grips are heat-resistant, made of 18/10 stainless steel tubing, and the lid is designed to reduce heat loss and speed up boiling. The matte finish inside and out makes cleaning easier after every use, and the compact proportions allow the pot to be stored neatly on kitchen shelving alongside other pieces from the range.
