The Lacor 20134 stockpot with lid is the largest model in this part of the Chef-Aluminio range, with a capacity of 30.9 L. Cookware of this size is used where food is prepared for an entire facility at once: central kitchens of schools, school catering combines, large hospital kitchens. Its 34 cm diameter and height reduce the number of pots that need to be used simultaneously to a minimum.
For the largest capacity in the range, the wall thickness has been increased to 3.5 mm while keeping the same material — pure aluminium (99.5%) — adding rigidity to the body under daily intensive use. Heat-resistant handles and grips in 18/10 stainless steel tubing withstand the weight of a full pot, the lid reduces heat loss during long cooking, and the matte finish inside and out makes it easier to wash such large cookware after a shift.
