The FoREST 322475 Low Conical Sauté Pan is a 3-litre professional item from the Resto Range, made for sauces and stews in food-service kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafés and restaurants. Its low profile and wide diameter suit cooking a large portion in one batch.
The body is 18/10 chromium-nickel stainless steel, and the triple high-temperature-pressed sandwich base (steel-aluminium-steel) heats evenly without scorching. The conical shape, widening towards the rim, increases the evaporation surface for reducing liquids. The handles are spot-welded and stay cool during cooking.
