The FoREST Resto Range Non-stick Frying Pan Ø280 mm 332850 is a large non-stick pan from the FoREST brand for catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, cafes and restaurants, where meals for a large number of guests are cooked daily with minimal oil.
The cooking surface has a Teflon Platinum Plus non-stick coating rated for temperatures up to 260°C. The body is 18/10 stainless steel, and the three-layer sandwich base (steel-aluminium-steel) provides even heat distribution across the full 280 mm surface. The handle is spot-welded and stays cool during use.
