The BRILLIS SD32605N Professional Frying Pan has a 260 mm diameter and a non-stick coating, made by the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for frying, braising and quick cooking on a professional kitchen. Suitable for school and kindergarten canteen kitchens, cafés, restaurants, catering companies and other HoReCa facilities that need reliable cookware for intensive daily use.
The body is made of food-grade stainless steel with a non-stick coating; the steel thickness is 0.8 mm, providing structural strength and even heat distribution during cooking. The multi-layer sandwich bottom improves heat conductivity, prevents food from sticking and helps save energy.
