The BRILLIS SD33005N Professional Frying Pan is the largest model in the SD3 line, with a 300 mm diameter and a non-stick coating, made by the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS. It is built for cooking large portions in the busy schedule of a professional kitchen — restaurants, canteens, catering companies and other HoReCa facilities.
Food-grade stainless steel 0.8 mm thick with a non-stick coating provides ease of use, corrosion resistance and even heat distribution. The multi-layer sandwich bottom keeps food from sticking and improves the energy efficiency of cooking.
