The Lacor Steel Pro 63627 paella pan, 26 cm in diameter, is iron cookware of the traditional Spanish shape with a wide flat bottom, designed for cooking rice dishes and vegetable-meat mixes in school, kindergarten or hospital kitchens.
The classic iron-pan construction and a low 3.7 cm rim provide even heating and fast liquid evaporation while cooking. A 26 cm diameter allows cooking a slightly larger volume than the smaller sizes in the line.
