The Lacor Ferrum 63628 frying pan, 28 cm in diameter, is a mid-size option in the Spanish manufacturer's natural-iron cookware line, suitable for cooking hot dishes, fish or vegetables for a group of children or patients in school, kindergarten or hospital kitchens.
Every pan in the Ferrum series is hand-forged from 100% natural iron and finished with natural beeswax, a natural protective layer from production until first use in the kitchen. A 2.5 mm wall thickness and 5.0 cm rim height allow even heat distribution when cooking in large batches.
