The Lacor Ferrum 63632 frying pan, 32 cm in diameter, is one of the larger sizes in Lacor's natural-iron cookware line, suited for cooking large portions of hot dishes in busier kitchens — school canteens, kindergartens and hospital kitchens.
The pan is hand-forged from 100% natural iron and finished with natural beeswax, which protects the metal from production until it reaches the institution's kitchen. A 2.5 mm wall thickness and 5.3 cm rim height provide stable heating during longer cooking times.
