The Lacor Ferrum 63636 frying pan, 36 cm in diameter, is one of the larger sizes in the natural-iron cookware line, designed for cooking dishes for a sizeable group of people at once in a school, kindergarten or medical facility kitchen.
Each pan in the series is hand-forged from 100% natural iron and coated with natural beeswax to protect the metal until first use. A 2.5 mm wall thickness and 5.5 cm rim height suit the demands of intensive daily use.
