The Lacor Robust 23638 rectangular frying pan, 38×26 cm, has a flat cooking surface with no rounded corners, which is useful for dishes that need maximum surface area — sheet omelettes, evenly spread food, or working alongside flat trays or grills.
The rim height is 5.0 cm and the wall thickness is 4.0 mm, giving the pan a sturdy construction and stable heating across the whole rectangular surface. The cooking surface has a 5-layer PFOA-free non-stick coating. The pan is compatible with a silicone handle (ref. 23900), which can be attached for easier carrying.
