The Lacor Robust 23624 frying pan, 24 cm in diameter, sits in the mid-size range of the Robust line and suits daily cooking of side dishes, omelettes or vegetable dishes in school canteens and kindergarten kitchens. The moderate diameter allows several portions to be cooked at once without losing control over the frying process.
The wall is made of 3.5 mm aluminum, with a 4.5 cm rim height adding capacity without sacrificing compactness. The construction distributes heat evenly across the surface, preserving the nutritional value of food and reducing oil and energy use. The non-stick coating is applied in 5 layers and is PFOA-free.
