The Lacor Robust 23628 frying pan, 28 cm in diameter, is suited to kitchens that need to cook large volumes in a single batch — side dishes, stewed vegetables, meat or fish for several groups at once. It's one of the larger sizes in the Robust line, offering extra capacity.
The wall thickness is 4.0 mm and the rim height is 4.5 cm. The thick wall keeps the temperature stable even under a heavy food load, while even heat distribution prevents localized burning. The surface carries a 5-layer PFOA-free non-stick coating, making cleanup easier after intensive daily use.
