The Lacor Robust 23632 frying pan, 32 cm in diameter, belongs to the larger end of the Robust range and is used where a kitchen cooks for several groups or classes at once — stewed vegetables, meat dishes, large batches of side dishes.
The rim height is 4.7 cm and the wall thickness is 4.0 mm. These parameters provide enough working volume and stable heating even under a heavy food load. The non-stick coating is applied in 5 layers and made without PFOA, making cleanup easier after every cooking cycle.
