The Lacor Robust 23724 paella pan, 24 cm in diameter, is a compact version of the wide, low-sided pan made by the Spanish manufacturer Lacor, suited for smaller cooking batches. The low sides and wide bottom typical of this pan style give a large evaporation surface, which is convenient for rice-based dishes, stewed vegetables, or dishes cooked uncovered to reduce a sauce.
The pan is made of top-quality aluminium, and the interior carries a high-quality non-stick coating produced with an eco-friendly, PFOA-free technology. This size suits kindergartens and smaller kitchens, where daily portions are prepared in separate batches and staff need cookware that is light to handle.
