The Lacor Robust 23732 paella pan, 32 cm in diameter, is designed for cooking larger batches than the smaller sizes in this range from the Spanish manufacturer Lacor. The wide bottom and shallow sides allow food to be spread evenly in a thin layer, speeding up cooking and giving each portion the same heat treatment — important where a dish must be ready exactly by a set serving time.
The body is made of top-quality aluminium, and the interior carries a high-quality non-stick coating produced with an eco-friendly, PFOA-free technology. This diameter suits kitchens of boarding schools, hospitals with several departments, or facilities serving a larger number of people every day.
Features
- Made of top-quality aluminium.
