The Lacor Robust 23736 paella pan, 36 cm in diameter, belongs to the larger sizes in this range from the Spanish manufacturer Lacor and is designed for kitchens that cook for several groups or classes at once every day. The wide cooking surface allows a large volume of food to be handled in a single cycle, shortening the time to serving.
The body is made of top-quality aluminium, with a high-quality interior non-stick coating produced using an eco-friendly, PFOA-free technology. This diameter suits central catering units that supply several schools or hospital departments at once, where cooking speed matters without compromising dish quality.
