The Lacor Robust 23740 paella pan, 40 cm in diameter, is the largest size in this range of wide, low-sided pans from the Spanish manufacturer Lacor. It is intended for centralized kitchens that prepare hot meals for several facilities in a network at once, or for a large institution with a heavily loaded daily kitchen schedule.
The body is made of top-quality aluminium, and the interior carries a high-quality non-stick coating produced with an eco-friendly, PFOA-free technology. The maximum diameter combined with shallow sides allows a thick layer of food to be cooked in a single pass, which is especially valuable when cooking time is limited by fixed meal-serving hours.
Features
- Made of top-quality aluminium.
- Interior with a high-quality, eco-friendly, PFOA-free non-stick coating.
