The BRILLIS SD21610 is a versatile professional saute pan from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for preparing sauces, stewing, boiling and reheating food. With a larger capacity than the smaller models in the line, it is convenient for bigger portions — suitable for restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and kitchens at educational and healthcare institutions.
Made of food-grade stainless steel 0.8 mm thick, the saute pan offers strength, corrosion resistance and a long service life. A multilayer sandwich bottom distributes heat evenly and prevents scorching, while the drip-free pouring rim allows liquids to be poured out without splashing.
